Sand- und Kieswelten

Bevor ich mit der Mainzer Minthe GmbH in Kontakt kam, waren mir die Areale von Sand- und Kieswerken primär renaturiert, sprich als Badeseen bekannt. Nachdem der geschäftsführende Gesellschafter Jan Minthe durch eine Publikation auf meine Bildsprache aufmerksam wurde und wir die Begeisterung für eine fotografische Umsetzung des Themas teilten, entstand das Fotoprojekt Sand- und Kieswelten.

Sand and Gravel Worlds

Before I came into contact with the Mainz Minthe GmbH, I was familiar with the areas of sand and gravel works primarily renaturalized, that is as bathing lakes. After the managing partner Jan Minthe became aware of my visual language through a publication and we shared the enthusiasm for a photographic implementation of the theme, the photo project Sand and Gravel Worlds was born.
